When you call, email or submit an enquiry through this website, you may provide your name, contact details, vehicle information, location, preferred dates and enquiry details. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database and emailed to Detail Society so we can respond. Access to stored entries is restricted to authorised site administrators.

How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, recommend a service, prepare a quotation and arrange or deliver the requested work. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

The site links to social platforms, Google reviews and an OpenStreetMap map. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies when you choose to open or interact with them.

You can ask us to correct or delete personal information held in our correspondence by contacting owen@detailsociety.co.uk.
